Support the Funds team within Carta Law by preparing initial drafts of LP transfer documents, including transfer agreements, consents, and subscription agreements. Coordinate with transfer parties on process and timing and assist with execution workflows. Work closely with lawyers and senior paralegals to deliver high-quality client outcomes across fast-moving, high-volume matters, while building legal and commercial expertise and progressing toward qualification via the SQE route.
