Key Responsibilities

•Provide advanced technical support for a given area or type of equipment in the plant.
•Perform field inspections, field measurements, and equipment walk-downs, and conduct analyses in areas of responsibility.
•Oversee safety and environmental programs and ensure regulatory compliance, including NERC compliance.
•Maintain accurate predictive maintenance databases; perform maintenance analysis studies and prepare recommendations.
•Coordinate activities with vendors/contractors and plant personnel, and provide training to operations and maintenance employees.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 2 years technical training plus 6 years of specialized experience, or a high school diploma plus 8 years of power plant experience in operations, maintenance, or a technical field.
•Must have knowledge of power plant systems.
•Ability to work effectively in in-plant environments and field site locations.
•Experience providing technical support for electrical power generation components.
•Ability to operate personal computer and produce spreadsheets, databases, and reports using PC software applications.
