Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead requirements management, risk and issue management, and technology readiness assessments for programs.
  • •Define and coordinate system performance requirements and integrate technical parameters across the architecture.
  • •Develop verification and validation methods, processes, logic, and plans in support of program milestones.
  • •Analyze and translate requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs and interface specifications.
  • •Test and validate to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or other technical field (Master/Doctorate also acceptable)
  • •5+ years of experience in systems engineering
  • •1+ years of experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Agile methodologies
  • •Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as Cameo
  • •Experience with software configuration management tools (e.g., Team Foundation Server/Azure DevOps)
  • •Experience with OFP (Operational Flight Program) SIL (System Integration Lab) testing
