Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage allocated customer key accounts and/or projects to ensure delivery on schedule and within cost.
  • •Oversee project activities from planning through completion, including close-out review and contractual documentation.
  • •Coordinate timely communications between the customer and the company through the contract or warranty period.
  • •Monitor actual and estimated project expenditure and investigate variances to identify remedial measures.
  • •Manage project scope, schedule, and cost changes via change management; mitigate risks and provide regular stakeholder status reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5+ years of experience in Oil & Gas aftermarket project delivery or a similar project leadership role.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills to manage customer and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • •Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 (advantageous).
  • •PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification, and knowledge of PMBOK-based methodologies (advantages).
