Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • •Serve as primary technical advisor across the Claude adoption journey from discovery and evaluation through deployment; coordinate across internal teams.
  • •Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
  • •Guide integration and architecture decisions, including designing scalable architectures and helping integrate into existing technology stacks.
  • •Help customers develop evaluation frameworks and contribute integration pattern insights to Product and Engineering; travel occasionally for workshops and deep dives.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
