Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee reconditioning activities for wholesale and retail vehicles to meet client expectations and SLAs
  • •Maintain client account agreements and vehicle files, records of completed work, and required information
  • •Create, maintain, and audit accurate reconditioning fee charges for processed vehicles
  • •Monitor vehicle repairs through reconditioning fulfillment using AS400/VCF/RPP and review work completion
  • •Respond to client and corporate inquiries, enter requested information into approved systems, and coordinate with recon shop management and other teams
