Key Responsibilities

•Chinese-language documentation: Draft, translate, and review employee-facing HR documents in Mandarin Chinese, including employment contracts, offer letters, addenda, and policy communications, ensuring legal accuracy and alignment with global templates.
•Signature coordination & execution: Manage the end-to-end signature collection process for employment agreements and HR documents, coordinating with local stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant execution.
•Contract renewal support: Track and coordinate contract renewal timelines for China-based employees, partnering with HRBPs and Legal to ensure continuity and surface risks ahead of expiration.
•Employee lifecycle support: Support onboarding to offboarding processes for China-based employees, ensuring a consistent and well-coordinated experience at every stage of the employee journey.
•Workday data entry & maintenance: Enter and maintain accurate employee data in Workday across the full employee lifecycle, including new hires, changes, and terminations, ensuring data integrity and timely processing.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
•1–3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related function.
•Native or near-native Mandarin Chinese and English proficiency, both written and spoken.
•Proficiency in BestSign; familiarity with HRIS platforms and Google Workspace; Workday experience is a plus.
