Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage construction projects across the MEATR region, including renovations and capacity improvements for existing facilities.
  • •Advise on schedule, cost, and permitting impacts, and support construction scope review with internal technical teams and operational customers.
  • •Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from smaller renovations to $100M+ new facilities, and prepare reports/specifications/technical analyses for design requirements.
  • •Negotiate contracts and contract changes with developers and general contractors, and provide formal documentation for approvals.
  • •Assess project performance using KPIs for safety, quality, cost, schedule, and sustainability, and ensure design and construction conformance to specifications.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Experience as an architect, engineer, construction manager, development manager, or owner’s project management representative in commercial development and construction.
  • •Experience with AutoCAD and/or Building Information Modeling (BIM), as well as scheduling software such as Primavera or MS Project.
  • •Experience managing construction projects such as new builds, retrofits, expansions, or capacity improvements.
  • •Ability to perform detailed reviews of job budgets and program information from contractor bid packages.
