Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive sell-out performance and grow Dyson sales sustainably across the region.
  • •Analyse weekly sales data and market trends, and define short- and long-term actions.
  • •Present sell-out results within your area on a weekly basis.
  • •Lead people management: performance management, motivation, capability, 1:1s, and development discussions.
  • •Build brand advocacy with retailers through relationships, ambassador management, and product training (including support for NPD launches).
