Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, inspire, and develop Store Managers and teams across the region.
  • •Drive sales performance to achieve sales targets and store KPIs for the nominated territory.
  • •Coach and lead teams to maximize sales and profitability and deliver strong operational execution.
  • •Deliver best-in-class customer experience, brand initiatives, and global visual merchandising standards across stores.
  • •Analyze business performance and data to identify commercial opportunities, manage stock loss accuracy, and provide product/customer/local market feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive retail management experience delivering in a multi-site field management role (e.g., Multi-Site/Area/District Manager).
  • •Proven experience running a high-profile region with high turnover and meeting sales targets and store KPIs.
  • •Customer-centric, service-focused leadership with a target-driven, sales-oriented mindset.
  • •Fluent communication in Portuguese and English (verbal and written) with strong collaboration and influencing skills.
  • •Experience in visual merchandising and proficiency with Microsoft Office; availability to travel 80% of the time.
