Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to interpreting sessions promptly and conduct interpretation in a friendly and professional manner.
  • •Render correct concepts and meanings according to established interpretation protocol, avoiding omissions or additions.
  • •Speak clearly in both languages using proper pronunciation and enunciation.
  • •Remain professional and calm during interpreting sessions, including emergency situations (e.g., 911 calls).
  • •Maintain punctuality and availability during work hours.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in Bahnar and English, and understanding of cultural dynamics.
  • •Ability to assess regional/accent differences to communicate with LEP individuals.
