Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle mechanical inspection (CI, HGPI, MI) for heavy-duty gas turbines and auxiliaries.
  • •Schedule planned maintenance activities with customers and provide troubleshooting and technical query support with the technical support team.
  • •Lead discussions with customers on mechanical-related NICs/TILs and follow through until completion.
  • •Maintain documented history of mechanical modifications and prepare effective, quality field service reports.
  • •Support operation & maintenance staff with diagnostics counselling and perform geometric dimensional checks, alignment, and installation-related activities including erection/installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
  • •More than 7+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas/Power/Refinery/Turbomachinery industries.
  • •Ability to perform major inspections and overhauling on HDGT units (Fr 5/2, Fr 6B, Fr 7E and/or Fr 9E).
  • •Ability to perform laser alignments and borescope inspections on all machines.
  • •Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers, with clear and structured communication.
