Key Responsibilities

•Drive Embedded Software Engineering Excellence across all phases of development (embedded C/C++ and Python) to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions
•Lead Technical Proposals and Program Cost Estimations during bid cycles to ensure competitive, accurate submissions
•Lead and coordinate software execution for small teams, ensuring technical quality and alignment with cost/schedule
•Translate customer requirements into end-to-end system solutions addressing technical, schedule, and cost constraints
•Manage program cost, schedule, and risk, including earned value management, to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

Salary: USD 107,500 - 204,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Embedded C/C++ and Python proficiency across all phases of software development
•Experience with cost account management, integrated master schedule, ROAM process, risk/opportunity frameworks, and product owner skillsets
•Active and transferable SECRET clearance; U.S. citizenship required
•Typically requires a STEM degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience
•Experience in leading proposals and cost estimations and in Agile development methodologies
