Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product areas within KIRA’s AI Stockbroking, across financial services such as insurance, payments, savings, investing, or travel.
  • •Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
  • •Partner with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams to deliver customer journeys.
  • •Use data, feedback, research, and production issues to improve product decisions over time.
  • •Launch features, monitor performance, and drive iterations while making trade-offs across speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator, or similar role.
  • •Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows for users.
  • •Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship real products.
  • •Comfort with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and learning after launch.
  • •Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management with high ownership.
  • •Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps, or high-growth products is a strong advantage.
