Key Responsibilities

  • •Own operational excellence and strategic plant projects, improving OEE, losses, and product quality using data analytics.
  • •Lead converting & packaging engineering by developing web-processing and equipment solutions, championing 3D modeling and mechatronics, and optimizing packaging lines for efficiency and cost.
  • •Lead control systems initiatives including automation, control networks, robotics, industrial software solutions, and electrical systems and facility upgrades.
  • •Manage capital projects (typically $2M+) from concept to handoff by controlling scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables with cross-functional partners.
  • •Drive HS&E and Quality standards, build long-term team capability through coaching, and lead adoption of digital solutions, robotics, and control systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or related technical discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Industrial & Systems, Manufacturing, Operations Management).
  • •0–5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, research experience, and academic projects count).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes, develop technical solutions, and interpret data to drive decisions.
  • •Demonstrated leadership potential with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • •A strong project mindset to lead projects and manage timelines and budgets in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
