•Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, with a primary focus on GTM/Sales agreements with enterprise technology customers and startups.
•Partner closely with Sales and Go-to-Market leadership and teams to support deal velocity and provide practical legal guidance.
•Help build and maintain our commercial legal infrastructure, including contract templates, playbooks, and process improvements.
•Manage a team to support enterprise technology and startups segments.
•Identify and escalate legal risks appropriately while supporting business momentum

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 320,000 - 385,000 annually

•JD and active membership in at least one US state bar.
