Job Summary

Support the People Operations Manager in driving end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, onboarding, and training coordination. Partner with hiring managers and regional people stakeholders to manage recruitment pipelines and KPIs, ensure consistent onboarding and offboarding processes, and guide HR Operations team capability. Escalate complex matters and coordinate Thailand-focused regional people initiatives and operational HR reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee day-to-day recruitment activities, supporting hiring managers with requirements, interview processes, and recruitment priorities while monitoring pipelines, progress, KPIs, and candidate experience.
•Own key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation, confirmations, internal transfers, promotions, and offboarding, coordinating exit interviews and recommending operational improvements.
•Lead and continuously improve onboarding programs and coordinate orientation and mandatory compliance, functional, and internal training programs; track completion and training records.
•Provide operational people business partnering support to line managers on performance discussions, development, attendance, probation reviews, and people practices; escalate complex or sensitive matters.
•Coordinate HR projects and Regional People initiatives in Thailand, prepare operational HR reports, and support HR analytics and people insights for operational review.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related fields.
•Minimum 6–8 years of Human Resources experience across talent acquisition, employee lifecycle, HR operations, HR business partnering, or HR generalist functions.
•Experience in multinational, technology, logistics, retail, or fast-paced organizations (preferred).
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
•Good command of English, with strong coaching, coordination, and problem-solving capability.
