Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer, implement, and manage contracting fulfillment processes to support operational excellence and regional strategic objectives.
  • •Ensure quality standards across post-order contracting processes, including new equipment, existing building services, and building automation.
  • •Own operational functions spanning order validation, order entry, order follow-up, customer inquiries, engineering, submittals, service operations, warranties, claims, and resource allocation.
  • •Oversee project development engineering teams to ensure technical alignment, execution planning, and successful delivery of customer-focused energy services solutions.
  • •Participate in preconstruction activities (project reviews, scope development, design coordination, budgeting support, and risk identification) and maintain accountability for overall project financial results.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Minimum eight (8) years of experience in facilities or construction (preferred).
  • •Experience and knowledge in contracting processes for installation of building automation systems and turnkey projects (preferred).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and support operational and financial performance across a region.
  • •Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations, including DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving, or multiple smaller infractions in the previous 3 years.
