Ensure the stability, reliability, availability, and performance of airline reservation and related operational systems. Own production support through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, defect resolution, and continuous reliability improvements. Enhance observability with monitoring, alerting, logging, and dashboards; support CI/CD and release automation; and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes while partnering with development, infrastructure, DevOps, and database teams to improve resiliency and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents and performance issues across airline reservation and related enterprise applications.
•Perform root cause analysis for failures/outages/recurring incidents and drive corrective and preventive actions.
•Monitor application health, system availability, and operational metrics to meet reliability and uptime targets.
•Improve observability via enhanced monitoring, alerting, logging, and dashboarding solutions.
•Support CI/CD and deployment automation and manage containerized application environments using Docker and Kubernetes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
•4–7 years supporting Java-based enterprise applications in production environments.
•Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot, including working with both microservices architecture and monolithic applications.
•Experience with CI/CD and deployment pipelines (e.g., Jenkins and GitOps practices) and incident/on-call problem management.
•Hands-on expertise with Docker and Kubernetes; strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical problem-solving skills.
