Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and order parts.
  • •Diagnose and perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using independent judgment.
  • •Practice safe job practices when repairing equipment and be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred).
  • •Maintain complete and timely electronic documentation (work orders) of work performed on a daily basis.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts, and train lower-level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Must provide superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred, with field service/maintenance/repair experience preferred.
  • •Safety-sensitive role: able to meet physical requirements (including lifting up to 50 pounds) and pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check.
