Key Responsibilities

  • •Own meaningful product areas end-to-end from problem framing and prototype through production rollout and iteration.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with product, design, data, and clinical stakeholders to shape solutions improving member outcomes and business results.
  • •Build and evolve secure, well-tested, observable software across backend, frontend, and data surfaces.
  • •Use data, experimentation, and user feedback to validate shipped solutions and drive iteration when needed.
  • •Improve Pelago’s engineering system, including AI-native development practices, testing, documentation, knowledge sharing, and review quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 215,000 annually
