Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead customers through onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the Agentic Marketing Platform and Piper AI SDR agent.
  • •Design scalable inbound pipeline generation strategies with customer stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT.
  • •Architect and implement Qualified solutions integrating deeply with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, routing workflows, and GTM systems.
  • •Guide configuration and optimization of AI-powered buyer engagement across web and email channels.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and working knowledge of marketing automation systems.
  • •Knowledge of web/scripting technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus SaaS applications.
  • •Ability to translate business objectives into technical solution designs, conversational flows, segmentation strategies, qualification logic, and AI SDR goals.
