•Independently deliver moderate to more complex analyses and reports on large datasets to solve business problems.
•Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that tell the right story and support strategic decisions.
•Lead conversations with business partners and communicate key points to stakeholders through presentations and tools.
•Identify and anticipate business needs, determine how to obtain information, and analyze anomalies found in quantitative work.
•Review junior staff work, provide direction and mentorship, and manage integration/coordination within the team while ensuring solutions are documented and validated.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in business, finance, MIS, analytics/data science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•5+ years of relevant financial services experience.
•Advanced skills with SQL, Python, R, Cognos, SAS, Tableau, Excel, and Google Cloud for data manipulation and analysis.
•Ability to access and interpret data from enterprise data warehouses and supply chains.
•Experience reviewing work, mentoring junior analysts, and delivering clear communication to stakeholders.
