•Design APIs for humans and agents, shaping Tempo interfaces for downstream products and AI assistants.
•Drive operational excellence with concrete SLOs and automation to reduce toil; push for zero-ops and reliable rollouts.
•Mentor engineers and participate in on-call and incident response; contribute to open source and engage with the community.
