Experienced Bookkeeper to take full ownership of bookkeeping operations, supporting the Finance team with daily activities, month-end and year-end closes, and collaboration with external providers and auditors. Responsibilities include journal entries, reconciliations, VAT reporting, revenue/billing processing (local and international), cash flow management, and cross-functional support in a dynamic startup finance environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including journal entries and bank reconciliations.
•Handle revenue, customer billing, and payment processes (local and international).
•Prepare VAT reports and manage payments to authorities.
•Perform cash flow and balance sheet reconciliations.
•Support month-end and year-end closing activities; work with external service providers and auditors.

Key Requirements

•Certified Bookkeeper – Level 2 or higher.
•3-5+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a high-growth tech or startup environment.
•Strong knowledge of balance sheet structure, GL accounts, and financial processes.
•Experience with ERP systems, especially NetSuite.
•Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
