Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with engineers, managers, and customers to maintain systems in peak operating condition and develop/update preventative maintenance work instructions.
  • •Maintain and repair HVAC support equipment (air handlers, chilled water, condenser pumps, cooling towers, valves, filters).
  • •Perform pipe and ductwork modifications, including brazing/soldering, evacuation & charging of refrigerants, and insulation modifications and repairs.
  • •Assemble, install, repair, and maintain pipes, fittings, and water/drainage systems according to specifications and plumbing codes.
  • •Conduct failure assessments, day-to-day safety inspections, document critical facilities maintenance status, and resolve electronic work tickets.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
  • •3+ years of professional experience working with HVAC, plumbing, pneumatic, mechanical, or electrical systems.
  • •Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical safety, including rotating machinery and mechanical fasteners.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems down to the component level.
  • •Ability to read and interpret schematics, specifications, and blueprints.
