Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide program governance and be the primary delivery point person aligned to customer executives across the services lifecycle.
  • •Oversee services relationship between customer, partners, and SAP to deliver projects/programs on-time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
  • •Assist the SAP license sales team with deal closing by driving implementation planning and estimating and coordinating multiple SAP LOBs and partners.
  • •Manage escalations, issues, and resource strategy for the project team, and continually inform management of opportunity status and revenue KPIs.
  • •Identify and develop business opportunities, create long-term value plans, and expand SAP services through strategic account and project execution.
Travel: Extensive travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 260,000 - 310,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of SAP program management experience.
  • •Experience delivering software in enterprise environments (Fortune 100 or larger).
  • •Must have experience working in Canada Public Sector.
  • •Superior project financials business acumen (forecasting, allocated revenue, etc.).
  • •PMP certification and/or other industry and project management certifications; expert knowledge of SAP methodologies such as Activate and SaaS delivery.
