Job Summary

Join the QTL Internal Audits team to lead complex transnational internal audits across Airbus operations. You’ll manage the full audit lifecycle—from selecting audit teams and conducting interviews to ranking findings and issuing formal reports—while evaluating root cause analysis and approving corrective action plans. Verify closure of findings against the Airbus audit referential and support annual audit planning through specialized quality investigations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead complex transnational internal audits (12 to 15 audits per year) to evaluate adherence to Airbus policies and directives.
•Manage the full audit life cycle: select audit teams, establish questionnaires, conduct interviews, rank findings, and deliver formal reports.
•Evaluate and approve Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action plans submitted by Action Plan Leaders.
•Verify and validate effective closure of findings in strict accordance with the Airbus audit referential (A2183.2).
•Conduct specialized quality investigations on demand and support the Quality Audit Manager in annual audit planning.

Key Requirements

•2 to 5 years of proven experience as a qualified Auditor, preferably in an industrial framework.
•2 to 5 years of operational experience in Production, Quality, Program Management, or Manufacturing Engineering.
•Strong background in quality management standards (EN9100) and aviation regulations (EASA Part 21-G).
•Solid problem-solving expertise and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodology.
•Full professional fluency in English (negotiation level) to lead transnational audit assignments.
