Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, compile, and analyze data from field sites, surveys, blueprints, GIS data, subsurface utility information, maps, and geotechnical data to support project development and design.
  • •Perform professional civil engineering work and assist with research and inspections of site conditions, resources, infrastructure, and transportation channels to confirm conformance with rules, standards, and permits.
  • •Develop design requirements and operating strategies using advanced modeling and concept development to support safety, functionality, and future-ready solutions.
  • •Work with cross-functional teams to execute project work, including layout, establishing reference points/elevations/grades, cost and quantity estimating, and ensuring specification and compliance documentation.
  • •Prepare technical reports and documentation, maintain quality control for accurate measurements and analysis, and assist in site Health and Safety Plans (HASPs).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or closely related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • •3 to 5 years of relevant post-education experience in engineering, including prior civil design experience.
  • •Engineer in Training Certification.
  • •Knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, design/build processes, and permitting-related project work.
  • •Experience with infrastructure planning, design, and construction management, plus the ability to coordinate with agency regulators.
