Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, prioritize, and manage development of bank product(s) to exceed customer expectations and drive growth.
  • •Lead implementation of product roadmap deliverables, capabilities, and adoption, maintaining a continuous prioritization process.
  • •Partner with IT, Lines of Business, Risk, Finance, Operations, Legal/Compliance, Information Security, Fraud, and Architecture to execute product strategy.
  • •Establish and track product goals, objectives, outcomes, and KPIs; communicate transparently with stakeholders.
  • •Drive agile product backlog health (user stories, defects, technical spikes) and, where appropriate, lead SAFe mindset across product teams and ART value delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent education and related work experience).
  • •6+ years of related experience.
  • •Demonstrated success in strategic development and program execution.
  • •Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) desired.
  • •Experience with Agile or SAFe development preferred and strong product management background with ability to influence all levels.
