Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete four mandatory six-month supply chain rotations (plus an optional fifth rotation).
  • •Contribute in Materials on production planning, inventory optimization, planning systems, and logistics.
  • •Support sourcing execution, supplier coordination, cross-functional project work, and procurement program management in APPM.
  • •Work on transportation, distribution flow, logistics analytics, and network support to improve service, cost, and delivery performance in Logistics.
  • •Apply corporate procurement skills including category strategy, supplier relationships, negotiations, cost management, and value creation across spend areas.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA in any Engineering discipline, Business with Supply Chain emphasis, or Supply Chain with an overall GPA at or above 3.0, completed prior to the ADP start date.
  • •Demonstrated leadership skills with at least two examples (e.g., club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor) or exceptional leadership of work projects.
  • •Work experience: minimum of one degree-related internship or six months of related work experience.
  • •Minimum of one degree-related internship or six months of related work experience.
  • •Be geographically flexible during and after the program; U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
