Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze demand, backlog, field sales forecast, Sales Lock/Plan, CSP/CC, supply availability, and customer support signals to identify risks and opportunities.
  • •Partner with Revenue Analysts, Forecast Analysts, Sales, Business Units, Supply Chain Planning, Demand Management, and Operations to align demand and supply assumptions.
  • •Support constrained consensus and customer support planning by evaluating plan feasibility, allocation needs, supply constraints, and demand changes.
  • •Resolve supply-demand disconnects, planning exceptions, data gaps, and process handoff issues impacting revenue attainment or customer commitments.
  • •Recommend execution actions (allocation, build-ahead, pull-in, remix) and monitor planning performance, forecast quality, supply fill, booking status, and execution readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, sales operations, revenue operations, finance, or a related analytical role.
  • •Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • •Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities.
  • •Proficiency with Excel and business intelligence/planning/reporting tools; RapidResponse, Snowflake, or Power BI preferred.
