Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve more complex client servicing issues and act as a primary troubleshooter.
  • •Coach tellers to ensure efficient, effective, and accurate teller functions in an in-person branch setting.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line operations including scheduling, staffing issues, and branch operational standards.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and transition clients to a Banker.
  • •Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, including balancing cash drawers within guidelines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Minimum of 3 years’ experience in superior client relationship skills.
  • •Minimum of 3 years’ experience in cash handling.
  • •Working knowledge of a PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, foster teamwork, and manage multiple tasks organizationally.
