Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage SAP FICO and analyze/optimize SAP FICO processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, performance, and reliability.
  • •Gather requirements with cross-functional teams and translate complex financial and controlling requirements into clear system designs and business requirements.
  • •Provide IT strategy guidance for financial systems alignment with business objectives and partner on solution demos for super users and business teams.
  • •Prepare and validate E2E testing artifacts (solution and scenario lists) and execute readiness assessment mitigation actions.
  • •Train super users for UAT and BOAT, support end-user training plans, and support functional data, data mapping, and security role mapping.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in IT analysis, particularly in financial systems.
  • •Proven track record delivering IT projects and participating successfully in technology projects to completion.
  • •Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in relevant industries.
  • •Proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools.
  • •Experience supporting financial integration and end-to-end financial processes, including record-to-report, cost management, and financial close.
