Job Summary

Own end-to-end Arabic localization including language quality, local UX, content performance, and product readiness. Lead AI-assisted localization workflows, collaborate with Product, Design, Content System, Engineering, Marketing, and SEO to deliver native Arabic experiences, manage vendors, and drive measurable business impact in Arabic markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead language quality initiatives for Arabic, including localization reviews, UX testing, and identifying linguistic, functional, and cultural discrepancies to ensure an optimal local product experience.
•Apply and refine LLM prompts and AI workflows to drive language quality, terminology consistency, and efficiency across Arabic content, and document prompt learnings.
•Connect localization output to content performance and SEO signals in the Arabic market to improve acquisition, conversion, and engagement.
•Partner with Product, Design, Content System, Engineering, Marketing, and SEO to influence upstream decisions for fully localized experiences (RTL behavior, dialect/MSA tone, content readiness).
•Lead Arabic localization projects from inception to completion, coordinating with stakeholders and external vendors to align goals, timelines, and quality bars.

Key Requirements

•Native fluency in Arabic and business proficiency in English.
•BA or equivalent in translation, linguistics, content marketing, communications, or related field.
•Demonstrated experience in Arabic translation, localization, or LQA, with a proven track record of leading projects from inception to completion.
•Experience conducting localization reviews, testing, and managing language quality initiatives for Arabic-speaking markets.
•Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, MT engines) in localization workflows, including prompt design, AI output QA, and post-editing.
