Provide early intervention support for identified pupils under the direction of the Head of Inclusion and Class Teacher. Key Responsibilities

•Provide support for individual pupils (individually or in a group) inside and outside the classroom so they can fully participate in school day activities.
•Assist in implementing individual education programmes, linking to IEP goals and contributing to monitoring pupils’ progress and attainment.
•Support pupils with additional support needs (academic, physical, emotional, behavioural) to help develop social and communication skills.
•Assist home room and subject teachers with maintaining pupil records and prepare resources to access or differentiate the curriculum.
