Job Summary

Drive customer success from a technology perspective by managing installed base and new product application performance to improve customer satisfaction and identify business risks. Own process and application definition/implementation to meet current and future productivity needs using Applied Materials products. Serve as a customer technology expert, troubleshoot complex field issues with statistical methods (DOEs), run customer demos, and collaborate with business units on technology development and transfer.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive business success through technology by managing installed base and new product application performance to improve customer satisfaction and identify business risks.
•Define and implement processes and applications to meet customers’ current and future productivity needs using Applied Materials products.
•Serve as a customer technology expert for at least one process class, guide technology development and transfer, and integrate customer technology requirements into internal product roadmaps.
•Resolve complex field process issues using systematic troubleshooting and statistical techniques (DOEs) to determine root cause and action plans; communicate learnings to strengthen product packages.
•Own customer demos (demo conditions, wafer processing, results analysis), support account teams, and collaborate on technology development and transfer including customized process development.
