Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and expand new and existing client relationships through consultative conversations and referrals for additional business growth opportunities.
  • •Offer products and services to help meet or exceed client service and individual/branch sales targets.
  • •Support the team sales process by handling consultative conversations and referring complex needs to internal specialists.
  • •Conduct routine client maintenance requests and problem resolution, including teller transactions as needed.
  • •Advise on consumer lending options, lead sales initiatives within the branch, and stay compliant with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • •4 years of client sales and service experience.
  • •Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building client relationships.

  • •SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliance within 30 days, including NMLS background check and ongoing regulatory requirements.
