Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect and report equipment condition before and after usage.
  • •Document incoming and outgoing equipment and maintain equipment inventory systems per standard operating procedures.
  • •Assist with routine inspections, repairs, maintenance, and equipment cleaning.
  • •Demonstrate, load, and unload equipment while keeping the yard and shop clean.
  • •Maintain a safe, hazard-free workplace and uphold customer experience standards; assist with other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Key Requirements

  • •Follow safety procedures with required safety training and PPE; be able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
  • •Have a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years old to work in the yard.
  • •Perform occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and meet physical requirements (stand, sit, bend, stoop).
  • •Provide a high school diploma (or equivalent) and be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen for offers.
  • •Demonstrate readiness to handle yard duties including inspections, maintenance support, and cleaning.
