Lead the end-to-end delivery of property development construction projects for the Universal United Kingdom Resort, overseeing enabling works, infrastructure, utilities, roads, structures, and buildings. Manage construction coordination across design integration, documentation, contractor interfaces, field operations, and schedule/budget performance. Minimise project risk through proactive issue resolution, document control, and compliance with UK regulations and EHS standards while establishing and leading teams for safe, timely, cost-effective execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and deliver property development construction projects across the lifecycle, including enabling works, infrastructure, utilities, roads, structures, and buildings.
•Qualify, procure, select, contract, and manage contractor/vendor performance, ensuring procedures are followed for RFIs, directives, shop drawings, submittals, and pay applications.
•Oversee safety and ensure compliance with Environment Health & Safety (EHS) standards, including acceptance of contractor safety plans.
•Coordinate design development and integrated project delivery, partnering with design, operational, facilities, and construction teams to support constructability and operational readiness.
•Maintain project reporting, budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation, including compliance with UK construction regulations, permitting, and CDM regulations.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Construction Management (or related). Master’s preferred.
•Relevant construction and project management experience, including turnkey projects and large infrastructure delivery (or equivalent combination).
•Significant knowledge of infrastructure, engineering, and construction, including construction management procedures.
•Experience with UK construction contracting methodologies, including NEC contracts and collaborative delivery models.
•Experience managing fast-track programs with aggressive schedules and multiple concurrent workstreams.
