Key Responsibilities

  • •Support customers and partners through the full data center product life cycle from project kick-off and design review to mass production.
  • •Validate that partner BIOS, BMC, and UEFI implementations follow NVIDIA specifications and requirements.
  • •Assist with platform bring-up and perform first-level triage on firmware, hardware, and networking issues.
  • •Collaborate with NVIDIA engineering experts to support customer questions on manufacturing and quality assurance.
  • •Create and deliver technical training materials to support customers adopting new NVIDIA technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursue an MS or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Familiarity with Linux-based development and operations.
  • •Strong programming skills in C, C++, or Python.
  • •Genuine interest in data center firmware and software technologies, including BMC, BIOS, and secure boot.
  • •Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure with flexibility in task assignment.
