Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the flow of materials between suppliers, customers, warehouses, and operational teams.
  • •Maintain efficient material handling processes for incoming and outgoing goods within the warehouse and yard.
  • •Pack, mark, and ship materials in accordance with NOG 116 requirements and customer specifications.
  • •Ensure traceability and accurate documentation of shipped goods while complying with safety standards and agreements.
  • •Perform inventory and logistics transactions using Oracle ERP and support planning through effective coordination of material movements.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and material handling practices.
  • •Experience with packing, shipping, and transportation documentation requirements.
  • •Working knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
  • •Experience in the Oil & Gas industry or a related industrial environment.
  • •Valid forklift certificate (T1, T2, T4) with T8 preferred, plus overhead crane (G11) certification and NOG 116 packing course knowledge.
