Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the local subject-matter expert on reimbursement, billing, coding, and patient support programs for assigned indications and therapies.
  • •Educate HCP offices, billing staff, and financial coordinators to navigate coverage landscapes and ensure timely patient access.
  • •Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans using internal data, field insights, and available resources to guide call objectives.
  • •Partner with Alexion OneSource Patient Services on individual case management needs and collaborate across teams to coordinate education and activities.
  • •Maintain accurate documentation and operational reporting in CRM and other approved systems while working in alignment with priorities, KPIs, and territory objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •5–7 years of experience in the healthcare and/or pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
  • •3+ years of experience working with buy and bill and/or specialty pharmacy networks.
  • •3+ years of field reimbursement experience with understanding of access processes from medical/pharmacy benefit design to infusion/injection.
  • •Experience with products requiring prior authorization, including billing and coding plus in-office support.
