Job Summary

Join the Technology & Innovation team as a hands-on L2/L3 Automation Support Engineer supporting the global AI program. You’ll monitor, triage, and resolve incidents for Power Platform and M365 Copilot, perform root-cause analysis, optimize performance, and collaborate with AI product, platform, and delivery teams to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable automation solutions at enterprise scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Root Cause Analysis & Proactive Optimization: Perform deep-dive diagnostics on M365 Copilot, Power Automate and Power Platform failures using telemetry tools like Azure Application Insights to identify bottlenecks and implement permanent fixes.
•Governance & Performance Monitoring: Oversee health of the CoPilot program using governance toolkits; identify noisy agents and re-engineer to minimize API consumption and environment overhead.
•PL-400 Technical Remediation: Debug and resolve issues within Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Azure Cloud apps ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
•Complex Logic & Integration Fixes: Troubleshoot and refactor advanced Power Automate cloud flows and desktop automations, addressing JSON parsing, OAuth, and complex filtering.
•Final Escalation Ownership: Manage end-to-end resolution for high-priority automation incidents and coordinate with Microsoft Support for platform bugs via ALM pipelines.

Key Requirements

•3-4 years in IT support, helpdesk, or technical operations
•2+ years hands-on experience with M365 Copilot and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
•Proven understanding of AI and Azure Cloud concepts and tools
•Proven experience developing and maintaining Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate flows
•Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to run predefined queries
