Guide enterprise customers in designing and building reliable, scalable systems using MongoDB’s data platform. Key Responsibilities

•Design and architect scalable, performant applications, systems, and infrastructure for large software projects leveraging MongoDB.
•Advise customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies for MongoDB, articulating business value to stakeholders.
•Partner with the sales team to drive account success through account planning, opportunity qualification, and pipeline generation, owning technical aspects such as discovery, demos, proof of value, presentations, sizing, and documentation.
•Proactively generate demand in the sales territory via technical initiatives and participation in events and account-based marketing.
•Foster customer success by building champions, ensuring satisfaction, mentoring Solutions Consulting team members, and relaying field feedback to the product team.

Key Requirements

•5 to 8 years of related industry experience with ideally 2 years in a customer-facing role.
•Minimum 2 years of experience with modern scripting languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or professional experience with programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Java, C#).
•Experience implementing scalable, highly available distributed systems in cloud and on-prem environments.
•Ability to review complex application architectures with customers and provide guidance on improvements using technology.
•Professional English proficiency (written and verbal) and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
