Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft and negotiate commercial agreements supporting products, partnerships, and activities across business lines.
  • •Collaborate with business and product teams to support development and introduction of new products and services.
  • •Provide practical, commercially focused advice on financial services regulation, including licensing and regulatory engagement across the UK, EU, and internationally.
  • •Assist with corporate governance and other general legal matters as they arise.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.

  • •Knowledge of financial services, traded products, and capital markets.
  • •Strong understanding of UK and EU financial services regulation.
  • •Experience gained either in-house at a financial institution or within top-tier private practice.
