Key Responsibilities

•Draft and negotiate commercial agreements supporting products, partnerships, and activities across business lines.
•Collaborate with business and product teams to support development and introduction of new products and services.
•Provide practical, commercially focused advice on financial services regulation, including licensing and regulatory engagement across the UK, EU, and internationally.
•Assist with corporate governance and other general legal matters as they arise.
•Provide legal assistance across prime brokerage, execution platforms, and traded products, including support for cross-border payments, stablecoin issuance, and custodial solutions.

•Experience gained either in-house at a financial institution or within top-tier private practice.
