Key Responsibilities

  • •Support month-end and quarter-end close across multiple entities.
  • •Prepare and review account reconciliations (cash, fixed assets, debt, accruals, prepaids).
  • •Perform variance analysis, document significant variances, and prepare journal entries (accruals, depreciation, amortization, cash postings).
  • •Track fixed asset records and depreciation; manage accruals and prepaids to ensure proper period cutoff.
  • •Support financial statement consolidation, audit and compliance activities, and partner with tax and other departments; identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •3-4 years of operational accounting experience, including month-end and quarter-end close processes.
