Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical guidance on application and integration capability for the NESD Helix engineering team.
  • •Gather requirements and deliver presentations/demos; write requirements and design documentation, implementation guides, and test scripts.
  • •Develop workflows and integrations in Developer Studio/Innovation Studio, including building forms/fields/workflows and creating data import files.
  • •Build REST API, web service, and LDAP integrations between Helix and external systems; develop Digital Workplace Service Offerings.
  • •Support incidents and service-level agreements, create follow-on change requests and Jira stories, maintain and update the production environment, and participate in Agile ceremonies and on-call rotation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software development experience.
  • •BMC accredited administrator or commensurate BMC Remedy/Helix Developer Studio experience.
  • •Experience with BMC Remedy 23.x or higher and Helix/Remedy application process flows.
  • •Experience building integrations using REST APIs/web services and related tools (e.g., Pentaho Spoon, BMC HDM).
  • •Be able to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret security clearance prior to start.
