Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development, governance, and execution of enterprise architecture across Allianz PNB Life.
  • •Ensure architecture decisions align with organizational strategy, goals, and aspirations, and support the target application landscape and technology roadmap.
  • •Drive IT architecture governance, lead the Architecture Review Board (ARB), and ensure compliance with Allianz Group standards and frameworks.
  • •Provide oversight across business, application, data, and infrastructure domains to enable scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.
  • •Represent the Operating Entity (OE) in regional architecture boards and drive capability maturity and innovation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • •Certification in Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF) preferred.
  • •5+ years in enterprise architecture, solution design, or IT strategy.
  • •Experience aligning architecture with business strategy and transformation programs.
  • •Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and modeling tools (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, SAFe; ArchiMate, Sparx EA) plus cloud, integration, data, and security architecture.
