Job Summary

Join our Compliance Team as an AI Legal Specialist responsible for managing global AI/e-commerce compliance workflows, drafting and maintaining DPAs and TIAs, reviewing product features for data protection, and keeping abreast of evolving laws, guided by our Ethics & Compliance Officer. This role offers exposure to AI governance, IP matters, and contractual updates while supporting a fast-moving, remote-oriented company.

Key Responsibilities

•Own compliance with worldwide laws applicable to AI and e-commerce platforms, including contracts and assessments under data protection law (DPAs, TIAs)
•Prepare and maintain required compliance documentation (data protection, AI governance, consumer rights) and EverAI’s AI systems inventory
•Conduct product and feature reviews for consumer rights and data protection compliance
•Manage day-to-day compliance tasks (IP issues like DMCA, contract reviews, updates to TOS and Privacy Notices)
•Track and analyze relevant legal developments and regulatory guidance as they apply to EverAI

Key Requirements

•Interest in AI
•Strong communication & collaboration skills (English fluency)
